You can easily request for a return by signing in to the Order history page and then select

Toshiba Laptop Not Holding Battery Charge

attached is a pic of the internal of the laptop there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery what should my next steps be? - fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged? - charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery? - suggestions please as Im not sure

 

Problem with Ovi Store Purchase- charged twice and still haven't got the application!

I've just tried to purchase a game from the Ovi store and went through to the purchase screen. I clicked to confirm the purchase and it then gave me a message saying the purchase had been timed out and I had not been charged. a little while later I tried
again and got the same message. Soon after that I had 2 email receipts for the opurchase of the game - twice!



So - there's no record of the game in the My Stuff section on Ovi app and I've paid twice for it!



Can someone please help???!!!!
