  1. I was charged twice for Window 10/11 Pro, how do I get refunded for one of the charges?


    I purchased an upgrade to Window 10/11 Pro for my new laptop for work. When I clicked the Buy button I did not get confirmation that the upgrade was purchased, so I clicked the Buy button again. 20 mins later I received 2 emails showing a confirmation. I only need 1 upgrade not 2. Please refund one of the upgrades.

    It seems I have been charged for 2 Windows 11 Pro upgrades for 1 PC - I require to refund one.

    How can this be quickly refunded to the business credit card?

  3. Refund for unauthorized purchase - Developer does not refund but recommends to dispute the charge

    I realized I was charged without my authorization by an in-app purchase. I contacted the developer, finally today they replied me but they just recommended to dispute the charge with the bank. I do not understand very well why they don't just refund me
    and prefer the bank contact them. Any idea? By the way, given what they said, my next step is to call my bank and dispute this charge. Any suggestion is very welcomed!
