Windows 10: I was completely banned from making comment's just for saying the "jig is up joe!.."

Is there a way I can comment again without changing my email?

I was handed a "banned from commenting" message one morning, with no warning.

I was recently banned from MSN commenting for asking why Joe Biden isn't going to the border but is going to Puerto Rico.

The comment system on the ovi store is flawed.

What tends to happen is that if you make a remotely negative comment the maker of that app reports it as inappropriate.

The system appears to be automated so you get a warning without a human ever seeing the comment. What is unfair is that if you get reported several times then you get banned.

I got a warning for making a comment on a theme that said "theme does not work correctly on the N97, causes the phone to become unstable".

I now use a different nokia account for making comments just because of the flaw.

So I saw an article that I wanted to comment on for the first time. I logged in through Microsoft and was immediately banned for "

You've been banned due to violations of our guidelines.".

The thing is I have never commented before. I even double checked in the my comments section and it says "you haven't posted anything yet".

Is this Microsoft's version of pre-crime?
