Windows 10: I was hacked about a year ago cant get this resolved NETWORK LEVEL AD

So about a year ago I woke up about 3 in the morning and noticed my PC was hacked by seeing my phone on screen, moving around adding things. All my devices on the network were compromised Via Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxies Windows and Linux PCs. I have tried everything to be free this from the hidden type AD that is on my account found that my AZURE account was compromised, Microsoft removed the compromised part. But they had backups. Let me put it this way I'm a PC guy been doing it for 25 years but I am not a Network Engineer. I feel that the kernel is compromised on all the PCs, not 1

Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
