Windows 10: I was hacked and now my computer is locked

Discus and support I was hacked and now my computer is locked in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; So my Microsoft account was hacked along with my Skype account.     I was hacked and now my computer is locked


    So my Microsoft account was hacked along with my Skype account. I had to make a new account to post here. There is no way to talk to help at Microsoft and the third party tech help said they could not do anything. the recovery email is a fake Chinese based company apparently tom.comSo I cannot get my password back and my computer went through a forced update and now my computer is locked and useless. I cant change usernames. Is there anyway to get help or just count my losses and never use Microsoft again or is there actually a way to talk to any tech support and make my computer not
