    I was hacked any help is appreciated


    Hi everyone I was recently hacked and all my passwords on my pc were taken and I was locked out of pretty much all my accounts . I ran windows defender search and it found a Trojan which was successfully removed. Now my defender shows no threats and all my firewalls are on. Is my pc safe to use ? I’m scared if I use it there is still Something is still on there even if defender says there isn’t. Am I ok to trust it’s safe or do I do a restore ?

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
