Windows 10: I was hacked into and this is not the first time , i am disabled and , microsoft is giving...

This is the 3rd time I have been hacked into, I am getting very sick of this , when I had all the securty and this was never to happen even the first time, and seems like this all comes from microsoft cause your giving ones the tools for free and do this? so when your giving the tools free dev. tools ect. what is the point to keep paying or buying more securty anything, when it will not work anymore. everything I have done and they will still get into any system, as my main system was turned off when I notice this time I was up stays told my dad unplug all the internet and routers, here is

Email Hacked

thank you for your response and the great information you provided.

I use two step authentication for my email account and all important web sites. I also use the full version of Malwarebytes to protect my computer.

But I will do the scans you suggested AdwCleaner and Limewire.com and let you know the results.

I am worried though that the webcam installed on my laptop could have been hacked. I never use it and forgot about it, so never disabled it.

Any suggestions as to find if it was actually hacked?

Microsoft Family Safety Time Restriction Hack

there is a way to hack through the Microsoft Family Safety Time Restriction. if you do the key combination, ctrl+alt+del click on task manager then click on users then select the user that the time restrictions it will bring up a list and you can click
on Time Restrictions which will be near the top then click on End Task it will let you have unlimited time even if you have set up time restrictions.
