Windows 10: I was playing a game and got blue screened but now when i try to turn on my pc i get no display

I was playing a game on my pc then i got blue a blue screen witch did not even fit my screen then the screen went black. I shut of the pc and turned it back on and the fans and lights were working but i had a black screen and my keyboard and mouse lights were not working. What do i do.

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

My PC keeps blue screening when playing games

thanks for your reply.

I have done everything you have suggested and still I will blue screen when gaming only.

I then reinstalled windows, and followed your steps again and still experiencing the same issues.

Also I was not overclocking ever. The blue screens occurred while at stock speeds.

Apologies I forgot to mention my motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING.
