    I had a call scheduled with support this morning. My system crashed and I lost access to the email associated with the case and the transcript I downloaded. I was in the process of drafting a Word document to submit regarding the issue when my system crashed. I will get something together I don't know if the case is still active.

    I have purchased Office 365 and using on Lumia 950XL. The support guy is pathetic, they give some garbage solutions. Can I know whom to escalate the issue. Support Guy even did not transfer me back on the system for the feedback, mentioning that the system
    in down.

    Anyway it is my mistake to buy Microsoft .

    Just wanted to know if I can escalate the ticket - **** to someone else.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
