    I was thinking of getting windows 10 for my pavilion g6 (laptop)


    So, because as you may know adobe does not support windows 8.1 after 2018 and I recently wanted to get the newest version of some product I thought of upgrading my laptop. So, I have a second laptop and I thought of downloading the iso file windows 10 from the microsoft website and plugging it into my computer after having removed the files I want etc. So, what do you think would that work? I will get another usb and put my personal files in it first and after that plug in the usb with windows 10 delete everything and install it. I would appreciate some feedback that could calm me down and help me as much as possible. Thanks in advance I will be waiting for responses before doing it.

    03f0 hp pavilion g6

    Hi, i have a problem with my laptop HP PAVILION G6.
    First, when i turned on the laptop, the system (windows 10) was starting up, after pushing enter the windows circle was turning, but after that - the screen of the laptop tuned off and it wasnt highlighted (the diode and fans of the laptop was working).
    After that i removed the HDD disc and mounted an SSD disc (without any system). When i tried to install a ISO with windows 10 from the USB disc, the laptop the problem suddenly appear again.

    Any ideas how to fix it? Ubuntu and linux boot without problems.

    The code in the bios log was 03f0

    On another note may I please know what variant of G6 do you have?

    The variants with switchable graphics will need to do an additional update by means of media creation tool that can be a bit challenging though windows 10 runs normally after that update and the discussion regarding this is listed here on HP forums :
