Display is on but neither keyboard nor mouse is functioning laptop is kind of dead with display on

Microsoft bluetooth mouse suddenly stopped working on Windows 11

My Microsoft bluetooth mouse suddenly stopped working on Windows 11. I assumed it was the battery but I've changed it three times. When I disconnect and reconnect using add device, the mouse displays on the bluetooth list, connects momentarily, and then disconnects after a couple of seconds.

I've searched for drivers and it says the best drivers for your device are installed.

My Mouse suddenly stop working in windows 10.

My Mouse(HID-Compliant mouse)suddenly stop working in windows 10. I already checked some solutions from Microsoft Community forum but all they says that the update KB4074588 causing problem.Nevertheless I checked there is not any update name KB4074588
listed in my updates in my control panel.
