  3. Black screen with mouse cursor

Hi Ar Rom, thanks for answering.

I couldn't use any of those steps because I can't get through the blue screen.

I tried to clean install windows 10 using a bootable usb drive. I went to the boot manager and click on usb device (uefi), after that the windows logo shows up and a spinning circle a minute later the screen turned black. I could only see the cursor.

I left the laptop like that the whole night, in the morning the screen was still black with the cursor. So, I read that I should use a HDMI cable to watch the screen on a TV. I did that and nothing happened.

I turned it off and turned it on again and it worked perfectly until the login screen, suddenly I got a blue screen again with error:0xc000021a (I think it happened because I disconnected the laptop from the tv).

I had to turn it off again and when I turned on it shows the same blue screen with the "inaccesible boot device" message.

Black screen with disappearing and reappearing cursor

    Hi Teodor,

The Blue Screen error is caused by an outdated driver, a recently installed application that causes conflict on the system, or due to missing updates. The
Stop errors (also known as blue screen or black screen errors) can occur if a serious problem causes Windows to shut down or restart unexpectedly. Improper shutting down of the computer or forcefully turning off your device might also cause
    a startup issue.

I would like to know more about your blue screen concern. Kindly verify the changes on your computer prior to the issue. Have you tried all the steps provided on this
    link?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you run the boot recovery commands in Command Prompt. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • Turn on your computer.
    • When you see the loading dots, immediately turn off your computer.
    • Repeat step one and two. Twice will be enough for the computer to think that you are having issues with start up.
    • Once the computer boots up for the third time, you will see the loading dots on the screen and the message "Preparing automatic repair".
    • Afterwards, your PC may turn blank then it will show "Diagnosing your PC".
    • It will ask you to restart or choose Advanced options, choose Advanced Options.
    • Select Command Prompt.
    • Type each command followed by hitting Enter:

      BootRec /fixmbr

      BootRec /FixBoot

      BootRec /ScanOs

      BootRec /RebuildBcd
    • Close Command Prompt and then reboot your computer.

Let us know how it goes and we'll assist you further if needed.
