please help how to i will reinstall this folder

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name


Suggestion:

1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
   x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
   NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

I understand that you are facing issues with changing the Sign-in options on your PC, and I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by following certain troubleshooting steps.



Since you are unable to remove Windows Hello Face Recognition as you receive the error this option is currently unavailable. Let’s try few steps and see if we get the option to remove
Windows Hello Face Recognition from the PC.

1. Press Windows + E to open
   File Explorer.
   
2. On the left hand pane click on This PC.
   
3. Now navigate to the location C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\FaceDriver
   
   (Where C: is the drive where Windows is installed)
   
4. Now look for the files HelloFace.inf and HelloFaceMigration.inf
   
5. Right click on each file one by one and click on
   Install.
   

Once you install the above files, go to Settings >
Accounts > Sign-in options and see if you are able to remove
Windows Hello Face Recognition.

Remove old fingerprint/face from deleted account

Hi,

Windows is specifically configured to keep Windows Hello biometric data secure and hard to tamper with. The data is kept locally on the device and in the event that the associated account is deleted, we suggest using a different finger to setup Windows Hello
again. Just to confirm, have you already tried using the fingerprint from a different finger?

In case you're still unable to set up Windows Hello using a different fingerprint, follow these steps to delete the data:

• Click Start.
• Type Services and select it from the list of results.
• Right-click the Windows Biometrics Service from the list and click
  Stop.
• Open File Explorer.
• Navigate to this location: C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase.
• Delete all the .DAT files in the folder. If you can't see anything in the folder, click the
  View tab in File Explorer and check Hidden Items.
• After deleting the .DAT files, try setting up Windows Hello again.

Let us know if you're able to setup Windows Hello after following these steps.
