Windows 10: I wish to avoid scams. I ordered a program called Driver One, and it charged my account...

I ordered a program called Driver One, and it charged my account $60.00. I suspect this may have been a scam. Does Microsoft have a driver update utility program? I get updates often. Is driver update included in Microsoft updates?

How to avoid scam call

It is a scam. They either buy your number from phone or other providers or just

use a phone program that calls every possible phone number.

They know every windows system has errors so they are trying to get your credit card

account details to steal your money.
