Windows 10: I wish to talk with an operator

I think that I was scammed. I wish to talk with an operator to confirm this, so I can call my bank to see if I can file a report and get back my money.I called the tech support line, and I verbally requested to be able to speak to an operator. The automated system requested more information.

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

• What happens when you try to attach files?
• Did you receive any error message?
• Which application are you talking about?
• Which was the previous operating system installed on the computer?

I suggest you to run the program in Compatibility mode and check if it helps, please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

cortana won`t talk to me

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
