    I worked with Adobe Tech support and this is what was discovered. How would I correct this...


    Using the event viewer, the Adobe Support Rep was able to determine the file that was causing the Adobe crash conflict is ucrtbase.dll. Located in the C:/ drive under this path: C:\Windows\System32.> He also noticed that the BrotherSoft Utility in conjunction with the .dll files was causing the Photoshop app to crash or freeze in such a manner that the process photoshop.exe keeps on running, and Windows does not categorize this as a not responding process.> Also, he was not able to close the process using Command Prompt with the Admin rights. > The representative tried to re-instate

    According to your description, I knew that you get an error when opening Adobe Premier in Windows 10, even you try the repair command and system updates. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the reply.



    First of all, based on what the Windows update page you provided shows, I would like to confirm: does your device belong to any company/organization?

    • Because the words "Some settings are managed by your organisation" will not appear in the genuine system for individual users.
    • If it belongs to a company/organization, you need to contact its IT department to help you solve it, because for security reasons, there may be some customization restrictions, for which we cannot provide further technical support.

    Then is the content in your first table the content in the "View report" in the first image? If so, it appears to be loading some plug-ins of the software, and based on the existing information you provided, it does not appear to have been fully loaded. so:

    Please uninstall the software completely, then delete all the folders related to Adobe Premier in the following path.

    Then download the latest installation package and official plugins from the official website of the application and try to install it again.

    If not, click "View report" to see the details, then only send the relevant information to me in the next reply, so as to solve the problem faster and better.
