    I would like to cancel my entire order, I've had the worst time trying to get any updates


    I had ordered the Surface Laptop 3 bundle and First off, I had a difficult time even Making the order. Many different error messages popping up, but I finally made the order, And have seen nothing but Pending next to the items in my order.

    I called multiple times to customer service, I've chatted with customer service on the website as well. I got told different things, and the bottom line is that Today my order should have ARRIVED but its Not Even Shipped. I paid extra for expedited shipping too. All I see is Pending still for my order, with the complete order amount just being held in my bank.


    This has all been a very horrible experience here with Microsoft Store Online, and I am trying to just Cancel my Entire Order Now. Can someone Please email me, write to me, so I can have my entired order cancelled and my money released back to me in my bank account.


    I wish I would have read all of the articles and similar issues people had before I even Placed an order through here. I would have been better off buying this laptop elsewhere and would have received it already.

    There is no "Cancel Reservation" option available !!

    Thank you for being a part of Windows 10 Technical Preview testing.

    How are you trying to cancel your reservation?

    You can cancel your reservation at any time prior to installing Windows 10. Here’s how:


    • Right click on the Get Windows 10 App or Windows icon located in right end of the taskbar.

    • Select “Check your upgrade status”

    • Select “Cancel reservation”
    Let us know the update after you try the above steps.

    There is no "Cancel Reservation" option available !!

    I'm not sure if you saw this as it was a reply to my own comment, but here is what worked for me:

    "I found out how to do it! This article tells how. Right
    click on the icon as above and then click the hamburger (3 horizontal lines) in upper left corner and then click view reservation and cancel."
