Windows 10: I would like to know more about Microsoft VLSC

I would like to know where can i get the license number and the authorization number? Do i need to buy from somewhere? i would like to provide windows product key to clients as a solution. Furthermore, i would like to know what is the agreement administrator and who is my agreement administrator. how do i find out?

I recently encountered VLSC, and all I know is that it allows us to download microsoft softwares. May I know more about VLSC? If i have a valid business email, will i be able to access VLSC and download softwares from there? Thank you.

its not showing in my VLSC and I would like to know if anyone sees it in theirs??
