Windows 10: I would like to let all community know that when clear browser data or change browser this...

I would like to let all community know that when clearing browser data or changing a browser this locks your internet banking account and you will have to contact your bank to unlock it. This has happened to me several times and I was told why by one of the bank tech workers why my internet banking was being locked every month.

Web browser or file browser?

Let's assume the former, as most people just refer to any internet / web browser as just a "browser" and few think about the other things (like Windows Explorer) as "browsers", although that is what they are/what they do.

Let's assume Microsoft Edge or Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (although you could install a host of other "web" browsers.)

View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support

• To view your browsing history, select Hub (3-lines icon) > History (Clock icon).
• Select Clear all history.
• Choose the types of data you want to remove from your PC, then select Clear.
• If you use Cortana and want to clear browsing history that's stored in the cloud, select Change what Microsoft Edge knows about me in the cloud, then select Clear browsing history.

• In Internet Explorer, select the Tools (Gear icon) button, point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
• Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.

Edge browser preview issue

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to clear the cache from Edge and check if the issue persist.

• Open Edge browser and on the top right corner click on the three dots
  
• Then below click on Settings
• Under clear browsing data
• Tap or click on Choose what to clear
• From the list check cached data and files, browsing history and click on
  clear.

I suggest you to Maximize and Minimize the browser screen and check if it helps.

I suggest you to clear cache and cookies from the
Microsoft Edge browser.

Steps:

    Open Microsoft Edge, click on
    More Action at the right top corner.

    Click on Settings, click on
    Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.

    Select the Browsing history, caches and cookies and hit
