As I described in the title: I would like to receive a specific, detailed, official answer about the SSD-related defragmentation procedure of the Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.I would like the detailed description to cover e.g. about the defragmentation program currently used in W10/11.What is he doing?Why is the method of HDDs and SSDs running under the same name not sharply clearly distinguished?At all: is it worth e.g. in the case of SSDs, take advantage of this opportunity....I read countless articles all over the internet, but none of them gave a clear, honest answer in term

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
