Windows 10: i would like to remove the caps lock icon on the Lenovo computer

If i press caps lock that shows up its very annoying and I would like to fix it, I cant find "Lenovo Utility" and I have tired to turn off all animation that you don't need and stuff like that please i need help.

Try this -

To show alerts visually in Windows 10 when using Caps Lock or Num Lock:

Select the Windows icon on the Taskbar.
Select Settings (Gear icon).
Select Ease of Access.
Select Keyboard from the left pane.
Navigate to Use Toggle Key.
Set the Play a sound whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock option to On.
Select the Windows icon, Settings, Ease of Access, Audio.
Choose an option from the Show audio alerts visually drop-down.

Hi, I have a Lenovo that is running windows 10 and whenever I press the Caps Lock button there is a caps lock icon that comes up on the screen and then despairs. How do I get rid of this?
