Windows 10: I would like to report a fraud message about Microsoft

I'm getting a message Labeled Microsoft asking me to "Verify Now" or My account will disconnected. in over 15 years I've never seen this message.

It is a Scam.

Microsoft and their associated Companies, Partners, etc. will never contact you with cold-calls, popups, etc.

This is the advice given to anyone who has any phone calls, etc. like this about Malware, License Expiry, etc.

We all have errors and warnings in our event viewer, which is another ploy they use to scare you

These so-called "Microsoft" Tech Companies either want to sell you worthless software, or gain Remote Access to your Computer to try and steal your Banking and Credit Card details and to also carry out an Indentity Theft on you.

You are the only one who knows if you have given them Remote Access.

If you have given them Remote Access and if you do Internet Banking, contact your Bank, explain it to them and change Passwords.

If you use your Credit Card online, cancel it and get a new one issued to you.

And the only way that you willl know that you are free of them is to save your Data and do a clean install of your Operating System.

And Microsoft does not contact you, unless YOU have made prior arrangements with them to do so.

Microsoft fraud report

I just want to report an event I experienced this morning. A big pop-up displaying the Microsoft windows logo and banner informed me that a killer virus had invaded my computer and that I would have to call Microsoft at 888-886-9222 immediately to have
it removed before it would spread and destroy the Microsoft network. A voice noted error code 268D3. It warned that if I closed the page before making the call, it would lock my computer. I ignored it all and closed the page, and surprisingly nothing happened.
I'm up and running as usual. Just thought you should know because it looked very official. And FYI, I'm only reporting this incident on this page because I couldn't find a simple site for reporting fraud.

BTW I was using Chrome for my Internet search.
