Windows 10: I would like to speak to a support tech

I an unable to receive or send emails on my business account. I need to change administrators. I closed my business but I kept my business email. I have had no problems until last week, Thank you for your help.

How do I access microsoft tech support to speak with a person?

 

Need to speak to someone in tech support

I have a HP desk top computer. For a few weeks, when I open my computer I cannot go to Xfinity Comcast to retrieve my emails, etc. I prefer to work with Xfinity Browser. Why is Microsoft Edge blocking it. I usually go into chrome to access Xfinity and MS Edge is blocking. Why is this? This is really causing problems because I also cannot get into my bookmarks. Please HELP! I really need to talk to someone a tech. Why can't I speak to someone directly in MS? There are other problems connected to MS Outlook, It is a mess and I need to make contact with tech-support.

I have been trying to get my computer to work after windows 10 upgrade for a week.

I have spent 3 hours with Tech Support and I cannot understand their English.

I drove round trip two and a half hours twice to have my computer looked at.

IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I cannot find anyone that can understand English on the Tech Support Desk.

How do you get to talk to someone that can speak American?
