Windows 10: i5 4590. How do I keep it at 3.3 ghz?

Hi there. I recently got a new CPU, a i5 4590. The specs say it has a base clock speed of 3.3 ghz with up to 3.7 boost. In the screenshot below you can see the average temperatures, I'm only using a browser for things and the temp went up to 50 one time. I'm using a t20 coolermaster heatsink.Here's more info and it says each core is operating at about 3.6-3.7. I'm wondering if it's overclocking on its own and that's why the heat is so unusual for what amounts to idling.Please help. Is there a way to limit the clock speeds to 3.3ghz? Oh and my Power settings is on high performance.

I5-4590 3.6GHZ 4 core Intel CPU Not on List for Win 11 Upgrade ???

I just bought a Hp Prodesk and with a I5 -4590 4 core 3.6gz and want to upgrade to Win 11 it is plenty fast enough but Not on the Intel CPU Support List Can this CPU be put on the List ?? This is my feed back it should be on the list look at the Specs of this CPU ?? Why??

There Are No Intel I5- 4500 4 core series at all on the list for Win 11 upgraded and they are plenty fast ????

The PC Heath Check will not let me load Windows 11 Because my CPU is Not on the List ???? Why ???

This is the System Specs-- Hp Prodesk and with a I5 -4590 4 core 3.6gz ,16gb ram and 240 GB SSD with Win 10Pro

I would Like The Microsoft Software Guy's to Look at my CPU to add it to the list ....

I suggest you to install the Team speak 3
in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install the
Team speak 3 in compatibility mode:

• 
  Right click on the setup file of the
  Team speak 3 and select “Properties”.
  
• 
  Select “Compatibility” Tab.
  
• 
  Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Let the Team speak 3
  install and then check the functionality.

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.
