Consuming large amounts of RAM.: Despite disabling AppXSVC in both gpedit and regedit, it still runs on startup, eating up large amounts of RAM. In Services it indeed shows it Disabled. It also shows it Running. I'm unable to stop it; all of those options are greyed out. Multiple restarts have not helped....
