Windows 10: i7-7700 CPU with 3.60 GHZ not supported??

I have i7-7700 CPU with 3.60 GHZ. PC Health Check app checks all the requirements as compatible, but fails with CPU not supported. Is this CPU number a miss from the list? I see many other i7 7800X, 8700, 9700 as supported. Wondering why 7700 is left out from the list.

Hi all

I was wondering if there is a list of CPUs supported by Win 10? I am currently running two desktops one with a Dual Core Pentium @ 2ghz and a Core Duo E8400 @ 3 Ghz. They both run Win 8.1 fine but was wondering if 10 will support them. I know min requirements are 1 Ghz CPU but there has also been mention of some CPUs not being supported.

AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 "isn't supported"

I have same problem Windows 10 requires Cpu with 1 GHz or Faster. My Cpu is a AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 2.6 GHz but windows 10 states it does not support CPU. please explain why? thank you

 

Cannot reserve Windows 10 - CPU not supported - But have an I7-4770K

I am having the same issue. I tried to reserve my copy of Windows 10 yesterday but the program gave an incompatible CPU error. I have a 3.5 GHz i7 4770k.
