    I have a laptop and headphones. Their mic is not working so i decided to use the laptop built in mic. And here comes the problem. When i plug them in, the laptop mic just stops working. Any help? I heard of going into the audio manager and separating all jack inputs but i don't have the advanced options. Does someone know? Can i update the realtek drivers to a newer version wich could include more preferences? Can i find another program to this?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    My headphones microphone doesn´t work

    I recently updated my Asus laptop to windows 10 and noticed that my microphone doesn´t work anymore. Before it was working well and after the update it started using my laptops own mic and in settings i cant change input to anything

    Thank you for this reply I finally figured it out , the main problem is when we install the Conexant audio driver it overwrite the previous Realtek audio driver so the headphone mic not work. to fix this you must reinstall the Realtek audio driver download
    from realtek.com it will work with any laptop device and any mic like headphone with inbuilt (eg. Microsoft Lumia 650 headphone).

    Please give other this soluction who have problem with headphone and mic and tell then to install Realtak audio driver.
