Windows 10: iam not a part of en organization any more how can i get the organization out of my pc

Hello, I've been trying to do automatic updates since I bought the computer, I installed the operating system myself by downloading the latest version from your website using the serial I bought. I do not belong to any organization but still the operating system shows me that there are settings managed by my organization and updates are blocked and some cannot be installed at all. I would like to know if there is a way to remove my computer from the "organization" it is associated with
