Windows 10: iaStorAfs.sys is corrupted 0xc0000098

Hello. So, latelly ive been trying to switch to windows 10 after ubuntu. And... Well things are NOT going anywhere.I have a windows host, that Ive used for my USB to create a windows bootable image. Ive used rufus for that.I have an 11th gen i5 i5-11400H.I have used my other windows host for my main host to download the intel rapid storage drivers.They seem to work fine, until the installaing begun.After the reboot, I think the driver messes something up. Ive tried installing 22h2, older versions also, nothing is helping.

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

A faulty hard drive, cabling or connection could be one of the possible reasons why you are having the 0xc0000098 error. May we know where you got the Windows 10 installation media that you used to install to your computer? I would suggest that you download
the media creation tool in this
