Windows 10: IAStorIcon.exe error

This error is showing up for me when I start the PC for like 6 months now, I just click OK but I kind of want to fix it now and dont know how. I tried running commands like sfc /scannow or chkdsk /f but they didnt fix the problem. It started happening randomly, maybe caused by an update, but since everything works right, I dont really care, just that it always pops up when I start my PC. I also heard it has something to do with the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver.

IAStorIcon problem

I have a Lenovo E40 laptop with Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.18362 Build 18362. Offlate, I am facing a problem of the computer getting very slow and dropbox and IAStorICon opening a number of instances at my task window (ref screenshot given below.

Can you pl let me know how can i solve this problem?

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in
