Windows 10: IAudioSessionManager2::RegisterSessionNotification method not notifying on second time...

IAudioSessionManager2::RegisterSessionNotification method not notifying on second time logoff and logon. Where as it works perfectlygetting notification on new session when first time logged off and logon to different user or same user in win 10. I am calling Registering and Unregistering in Service in LOGON and LOGOFF respectively.Do I need to take perform some APIs before Unregistering or logoff second time. Please help.

"Notify for Download and Notfify for Install" not working

By the Winaero button do you mean "Set Windows Update to notify only" in method 1? If so, then your suggestion doesn't work.

Try the below suggested steps.

Method 1

1. Unplug all the external devices except Mouse and Keyboard.
   
2. Try to reboot the device and check the status of the issue.
   

Method 2

I would suggest you to perform Power drain by following the suggested steps.

1. Press and hold the Power Button down for 30-40 seconds.
   
2. Hold the Volume Rocker up and Power ON for almost 20 second.
   
3. Release the power button and wait for next 10-15 seconds.
   
4. Press the power button to turn on your Surface and check the status of the issue.
