Windows 10: iBuypower ARC gaming desktop

I juts unboxed my ibuypower gaming computer and I am getting a message to Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device...How do I fix this

Upgrading an IBUYPOWER desktop

IBUYPOWER desktops are not proprietary as far as I can tell. Yes, you can upgrade them just as much as I can upgrade my desktop which I bought every part for separately.

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What is the exact of your Surface device?
• Please clarify that the issue is about the ARC Bluetooth Mouse somehow locks your computer and sends you to the lockscreen.
