Windows 10: icloud drive cannot start. Why? I don't know what a 'container' is or where is the one to...

I continue to be notified of the following:ICloud Drive cannot start. Failed to create container s to start ICloud Drive.I tried following directions my 'copilot' gave me but I couldn't solve this. I don't know what a 'container ' is nor any other of the variety of directions, some don't exist, such as 'apps and features.' in settings.

To remove iCloud, you can follow the below steps:

- Click Start and type "Apps & Features".

- Select the first result.

- In the list, find iCloud, then select it and choose Uninstall.

There are several options that you can do to troubleshoot your iCloud
issue. We suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Uninstall and reinstall iCloud.
• Make sure that your iCloud app is enabled to both your iOS devices and to your Windows 10 PC.
• Open iCloud to check if the Photo Options window will pop-up.
• If not, create a new user profile named Test and open iCloud
  from there.
