Windows 10: Icloud for windows will not install

I get this error message:

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.


I read the more information that suggested I needed to get an app specific pw. I did that and then tried to reinstall the program but it made no difference. Where was I supposed to use this app specific pw or is there something else I am missing?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

No error messages on download but the below when trying to install
