Windows 10: icon disapeared and task manager not working after windows update 22h2

hello, i've got three issues since i did windows udpate 22h2 yesterday:- taskbar closing as soon as the window border appear, the content still being transparent- icons on my desktop or not there anymore, not even the broken image the recycle bin is on the top left corner of my screen, this is the whole "shortcut" - icons in the explorer and the shortcuts in my taskbar all have a similar issuei tried:- to force reload explorer.exe from the console command in admin mode- delete "IconCache.db" in local/appdatai don't know if there is a possible fix, or if i should rollback for now or just wa

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

Do dism and sfc /scannow commands before and/or after installing it.

 

Safely Remove Icon never disapear

I did it but still it wont disapear.

Oh yes it does show it says usb mass storage device what is mass storage device anyway? On the window it have button "stop" next to the button "properties" Should I click the "stop" button? That might be the button that will make it disapear. oh wait.. on the very bottom of the window it says "display device components" should I check that box?

Try rebuilding the Windows icon cache:

• Close all explorer/folder windows that are currently open;
• Run/Open a new Console window as Administrator;
• Launch "Task Manager" using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, or by running taskmgr.exe;
• In the Process tab, right-click on the explorer.exe process and select End Process.
• In the Command Prompt window, type the commands one by one and press ENTER after each command:
