    Icons disappearing, not loading and Explorer windows taking a long time to load.


    Hello, before I elaborate on the issue, please do not tell me to delete all thumbnails, run SFC or reinstall Windows. I have tried all of these and nothing worked. It seems that after an attempt to troubleshoot a network issue I updated my PC sometime during the troubleshooting. So possibly after an update, the thumbnails for most if not all files have been slowly disappearing over time, and even causing Explorer folders/windows to be stuck in a perpetual "loading" state where the green bar at the top is slowly filling. I have not found a solution to this and it is a major hinderance. Please
