Windows 10: Icons in Explorer in Windows 11

I have a sewing programme that has icons with the extention .JEF. These should show up as pictures in Explorer but don't. They did in Windows 10. I've asked Janome and they say it's a Windows problem. Any idea how I get these to show up properly please?

i dont think this answers the question , how do i make all icons in all folders appear "Large Icons" .

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
