Windows 10: Icons mail/calendar, calculator and other icons from the windows store are blank when...

In October 2021 my icons mail/calendar, calculator and other icons from the windows store are blank when pinned to the taskbar. They pin and unpin but no icon. The text shows up but no icons. I've tried the things suggested on the internet such as rebuilding the icon.db and reinstalling the calendar I've done all the updates. My version is Windows 10 Home 10.0.19044 build 10844 on an HP Envy 17 Laptop. When I click on the windows icon, these icons show up white on the left column but are in the tabs. Also in the settings lock screen. the app show detail status quick lock screen show a

Blank shortcut icon GPU-Z

It's not fixed, today my GPU-Z icon is a blank shortcut icon again..
And it says GPU-Z.exe does not contain an icon

 

Windows App Desktop Shortcut Icons Blank


I created shortcuts for my most used Windows 10 apps/tiles to my desktop, but some of the shortcuts have blank icons. I re-copied some and they stuck, but a few others are still blank after several retries. i.e. Scan and Store are blank but Calendar, Calculator, Photos, Weather and Alarms have the correct icons. Thanks for help.
