Windows 10: Icons not appearing while turning on the windows

Having the latest windows 10 update on my laptop with a quality of RAM and other features.

But whenever i am turning my laptop on the desktop gets stucked, taskbar icons doesn't appear and gets hangs for a while.

Need to restart it 2-3 times, then it comes back to normal.

Can anyone suggest what should i do?

one drive icons not appearing on Notification area

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to check if Notification setting for One Drive Is turned on. Follow the steps below.

• Click on Start button and Select Settings.
• Select System and Click on Notification and Actions.
• Click on Select which icon to appear on taskbar.
• Turn on the notification for One Drive.

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
