  1. Icons not disappearing after deletion

Since the latest update to Windows 10, any file I delete, is moved to the bin, but its icon stays in its location. The icons are no longer active. If I refresh the view the icon disappears. I have tried a number of suggestions found on the web but none solve it. I tried re-starting Windows Explorer through the Task Manager but it just freezes.Neil
