    Icons not showing at boot up Black Screen


    Hello Guys and gals, I have noticed recently that I am getting a black screen when i boot up my machine, this did not use to happen ( prior to the fall updates ) and I have to reboot to get the icons to show up, anyone has any idea why this is happening?
    for some reason, i cannot attach the image ?sorry for posting in the wrong thread

    added zip file for my issue ... thanks

    1 Desktop pc, 2 Dell 9600, 3 Windows 10 pro, 4 16299.98, 5 not applicable, 6 boot screen, 7 no error, 8 nothing happened sorry

    Try running a startup repair. Reboot twice during boot screen and Windows should show up Advanced Options:
