As the title says, multiple menus and windows features just went at least 2x in size after a restart. Taskbar remains unchanged. Scale and display resolution stayed the same 100% and 1920 x 1080, font size is set to the smallest option in windows settings. For some reason I can't upload any images as they fail to upload. What I wanted to show is right click menu in chrome is so large I have to scroll multiple lines to be able to see inspect and when I click in the middle of my screen, the menu is almost from the top of my screen down to my taskbar. I tried restarting, changing scale, resolut

Title bar text and icon text extra large

My cat jumped on my laptop today and walked across the keyboard, causing my window title bars to increase in size, probably due to a font increase. The title bars for all apps and my file explorer has very large font, along with the right-click menu and
under my desktop icons. I have followed numerous help forum suggestions, however nothing has worked. All of my settings are normal and the scale is set to the recommended size.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to change title bar fonts that I am unaware of?

How to change font size on title bar and menus? The font on the title screen are not readable; and also some menus. Available settings do not change properly this font front a high resolution HP laptop.

 

Title Bar wont change


Understand that default Title Bar in Windows 10 is white, However when I click on themes (which shows various title
bar/window borders colors (or Shades) my Title Bar stays completely white. Can anyone understand my questions & have any suggestions?
