Windows 10: Icons too Vague and Important Customizations

Please speed up the tag that appears when you point/hover on an icon or add an option to see the word. I do not want to have a delete icon without the word delete. It is too easy to mess up when multitasking. The icons are too blurry. I have a 4k monitor and still too blurry.To repeat, Icons are so cool and universal not really, yet honestly there is a need to provide an additional label option below the icon. Again, I have the fastest gaming laptop processor available just bought 2 new laptops for Christmas-one Dell and one HP, and the label takes too long to pop up....so add the lab

Please be informed that you may customize the Network icon. You may not be able to customize the available
networks under the Network. Try the below steps and check if it helps to customize the Network icon.

• 
  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open
  Settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Select Themes from the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Desktop icon settings.
  
• 
  Click on Network and click on
  Change icon.
  
• 
  Select the icon which you prefer and click on
  OK.
  
• 
  Click on Apply button and click on
  OK button.
  

The above steps will help you to customize the Network icon.

Icons, when will it be fixed.

What does it show when you try to change the folder icon?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check.

1) Right click on folder and select properties.

2) Now go to customize tab and click on change icon and check if you are able to.

Sfc /scannow will inspect all of the important Windows files on your computer, including Windows DLL files. If System File Checker finds an issue with any of these protected files, it will replace it.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  At the Command Prompt, type:
  sfc/scannow

Unable to import photos

• Are you getting any error message?

You may follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your hardware and devices.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter
