Windows 10: ID card software wont start

I have old HP ProBook 4331s where is win 10pro installed, i downloaded service provider ID card reader software which wont start!I readed all advice and maked all possible but no success.I installed win again not clear installation, update is maded.What can be problem?Tests not show HD/memory errors.I need this laptop only with this ID card reading for accessing some Finnish authorities services

IDE with SATA wont recognize

Hi all!
I tried today an old IDE i had 3 years ago
The IDE itself works
It turns out that the computer wont recognize the SATA drive 1TB i have
Any suggestions?

Also, when i formatted with windows 7, it didn't install the updates
For example, gpu, network drivers, mouse etc

And in device manager, it even writes it Hitachi 1TB

Game F1 2015 on Steam Wont start

Please answer the questions below:

• What exactly happens when you try to launch the game?
• DO you see any error message?
• Did you make any recent changes prior to this issue?

I request you to try the following steps:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

• 
  Right click on the Start menu.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
  from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.



Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.
