    Hello Mike,

    We understand that you would like to change your Mail notification sound. Kindly follow the below steps and check if it works for you:

    1. Go to your Desktop.
    • Press Windows
      I'd like to inquire about how to change the quarantine policy notification mail. [​IMG]

      D keys to go to your desktop.
    2. Right click on the sound icon in the taskbar system icons area at the far right.

    3. Right Click/tap on "Sounds".

    4. Scroll down and click/tap on the Desktop Mail Notification"

    5. Click/tap on the drop down arrow menu and select sound you like.

    6. Scroll down and click/tap on New Mail Notification".

    7. Click/tap on the drop down arrow menu and select sound you like.

    8. Now click on "Apply".

    I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works;



    • Open Mail app.
    • Click on the gear for settings and select ‘Manage Accounts’.
    • Select the email account and click on ‘Change Mailbox sync Settings’.
    • For notifications to appear in the action center, select ‘As items arrive’ under ‘Download New Email’ section.

    (SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

    Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

    Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
