Windows 10: I'd like to know how I can verify my Windows 10 product key.

Hi, I'm a Windows 10 Home Single Language user before and I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 Pro. I purchased my operating system from an unknown online store with a physical CD and an unscratched product key. Now, I want to make sure I'm using a genuine operating system because I don't want my laptop warranty to be voided as a result of this action.The information of my current operating system is attached to this message. I have remove sensitive information to protect my privacy Hoping for a response from a Microsoft Expert or Microsoft Staff to serve as evidence from the store to avoid c

There is still a way to search for your product key. Kindly follow the steps below for you to know your product key:

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (admin)
• Enter the following command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Then hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it.

Product key not verified

Hi everyone,

I just finished build my own pc and and everything seemed to work fine. Until starting windows 10.

I ordered Windows 10 Home through Amazon but I did not receive any CD nor USB, just the product key and upon entering it, it says:

'We couldn't verify the product key. Please check your installation media'.

As I tried to browse through the internet for some solutions, my case seems to be unique as I just have the code but no drive from Amazon.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
