Windows 10: Ideapad Z360 frozed completely while reseting Windows 10

I have a Ideapad Z360 with Nivida GeForce 310M, Intel Core i3 380M processor and 6GB RAM. I'm reseting Windows 10 and got frozed completely at 88% and the fan blows loudly. Hopefully I can get your replies soon.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows 10 is unable to complete shut down

Method 1. Hard Reset

Method 2. Shutdown trick.
