    Identify and permanently stop this popup in Windows 11 24H2


    I have recently updated to Windows 11 24H2 and I am getting this screen whenever I change the resolution or start my computer. But the problem here is that it doesn't load fully and goes away after some time 5 seconds. I want to identify this and stop this popup permanently registry keys method, or any other suggestions

    There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

    How to identify the manufacturer of popup update requests?

    Thanks for the response.


    If I scroll down in the window shown in your screenshot, I can see a list of all the apps that give popup notifications - including "Intel Driver & Support Assistant".


    I can now identify any popup by its icon in that list - with the exception of Defender, as you mention.

    WINDOWS 11 24H2

    Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.
