Windows 10: Identify the source of unknown folders that are giving error flags.

I have folders in AppData\Local\ labeled 0bc7e4 and 75f132. Any idea what these are and are they necessary?

Problem while initializing java.

Hello everyone.I have a project to do on an online game(https://beergame.pipechain.com/).The game runs on Java but for some reason I get an error when starting it.I tried reinstalling Java but It still wouldn't work.This is the error message I get - "Error
while initializing managers" and below are the details of the error.

[bug] w10 anniversary update, sysprep and lost localization

i managed to understand the problem.

folders, after the relocation process, loose their flags. loosing their flags the desktop.ini isn't read anymore, so, no localized texts.

using "attrib +r ..........." on the folders corrects the problem. btw, folders affected are a huge number to be done manually...need a script to identify affected folders.

Best to leave them be unless they're throwing up errors.
