  2. Uable to switch to local account in windows 10.

    Hi Saikat,

Thank you for keeping us updated.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check.

Important note: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these
steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click the following article number to view the article
    in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

    a. Press Windows Key + R combination, type put regedit in
Run dialog box and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor

    b. Press Ctrl+F and type your Microsoft account email ID, for example
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

    c. Make sure you’ve checked options Key, Values,
    Data. Click Find.

The result will come around these two registry keys:

    d. After finding both the above mentioned registry keys, export them at a convenient location and then
Delete. Close the Registry Editor and reboot the machine to get fixed.

Hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Windows in future.

    IdentityCache ?

Remove email from Teams and OneDrive login screen

    Hello. This is Emily.

Can you type regedit in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch registry:

    then go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

Right click on the Identity folder, and delete it. Restart the computer and see if that helps. You will need to sign back into all of your Microsoft 365 apps after this.

If this doesn't help, sign out of Teams, OneDRive and all MS365 apps.

Hold down Windows + R keys, paste these one at a time to launch the folders, and delete everything in those folders:

    %localappdata%/Microsoft/OneAuth

    %localappdata%/Microsoft/IdentityCache

Restart the computer and see if it helps.

The purpose of the steps above is to do a thorough cleaning of any cache business user profiles so you can start clean.

CAUTION: Modifying the registry improperly can result in Windows becoming corrupted. You should back up the Windows registry (see Windows - Backing up the Registry https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...) before attempting any changes.
